WOLX Adult Prom - Chula Vista Resort, Wisconsin Dells, WI May 6, 2006

A beautiful spring day found us on the road for our first gig of the 2006 tour. We were headed to the beautiful Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The party was sponsored by radio station WOLX, out of Madison Wisconsin, and advertised as an adult prom. I really didn't know what to expect but decided to dig through my old band tuxedos and join the fun. I'm glad I did. I thought maybe a few people would dress up but that most of the crowd would just be in street clothes. Well I was a mile off on that prediction as  95% of the people  got totally into the spirit of the event and came in their finest prom wear. The friendly staff from WOLX did a great job with the decorations transforming the ballroom back to days gone by. And the super crowd hit the dance floor from song one and rock and rolled the night away. We just had a blast! So thanks everyone for coming out and all the great people from WOLX for organizing this rockin' bash.
